Based on studies of several hundred thousand leaders, he has developed a new situational model of leadership. He has also developed a set of tools for use in leadership development workshops. These tools have been translated into languages from Arabic to Chinese and have been used in leadership workshops, including Poland. Professor Vroom will describe the latest developments in his work, a new situational theory of leadership, and a new method for developing leadership skills.
