Investor in Human Capital Celebration
09 May 2011 – winners will achieve Investors in Human Capital (‘Inwestor w Kapitał Ludzki’) accreditation. This prestigious emblem places winners within the top companies in Poland for people management practices, employee engagement and HR infrastructure.
The Investor in Human Capital programme is implemented by the Management Observatory Foundation under the patronage of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy. It aims to reward ambitious organisations in Poland that actively provide the widest range of people management initiatives, human capital development and employee engagement practices. Czeslaw Ostrowska, Deputy Minister of Labour, who presented at the Awards Gala in Warsaw on 8 November called the honoured companies "pearls among the entrepreneurs."
Designed for all companies, institutions and subsidiary companies operating on Polish territory, the certification process independently audits an organisation’s investment and continual improvement in its human capital. The certification program is conducted in a continuous cycle and winners can use the Investor in Human Capital trademark emblem for 12 months upon its receipt. In 11 years, over 200 companies nationwide in Poland have been successfully accredited Investor in Human Capital.
